Im pretty sure I inherited my fathers male pattern baldness. This is tough when youre a woman with a receding hairline. As a former hair stylist Im pretty good at doing the best I can with the hair I have but you will never catch me on a windy day without a hat. I use a lot of color root spray to mask receding areas and I know this isnt good for hair loss that may be struggling to fill back in. I also feel that I color my hair too often because when the grey starts to show my hair looks even more sparse. I hesitated about ordering this little top piece. I was afraid it would look cheap, or fake, or not match my hair color or texture. I was also concerned that it would be uncomfortable or break my hair. I took the plunge and Im glad I did!! I was delighted when I opened the box. This delicate little piece has just enough hair to mix and blend with my natural hair. The mesh piece is very small with two tiny clips, one on each end. My hair is very fine, wavy, I have layers, and this piece is perfect for me. I used my fingers and the little comb provided to mix the piece with my natural hair and then I wore it out to dinner with friends. Ive ordered wigs before but always felt they made my head look puffy so I never wore them. This piece felt totally normal. The before picture is my hair on its best day and the after picture is a normal day with my first 5 minutes of placing the piece on my head. Maybe it doesnt seem like a big difference but it sure is to me. Less hats and no root spray to cover that first peek of grey. Im so happy with my purchase. Im going to order a couple more!!
