1.Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your receipt of shipment, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Besides, we only accept these return reasons, which the products have poor quality or are in faulty, and you receive the incorrect items.

2. Pls contact us with your reason & photo proof before sending anything back. We will reply you within 24hrs. After you receive the approved email from us, please re-pack the returned items in its original box and packaging, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email and attach your RMA number.
3. Go to the local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Contact us for the right return address for the package.
4. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.
5. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when the refund is approved.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated within 3-5 business days.
If you cancel your paid order, we initiate your refund within 3-5 business days after you submit your cancelation request.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
